Claimory Privacy Policy

Claimory helps users document household belongings, rooms, purchase details, photos, receipts, and related notes.

Local inventory data

Inventory records, photos, receipts, serial numbers, purchase values, and notes are stored locally on the user’s device. Claimory does not operate an account system or upload this inventory to a developer-controlled server. Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled. Users may manually export a PDF or ZIP backup to a location they choose.

Advertising and consent

Claimory uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and advertising information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize ads where permitted. Claimory uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy consent where required. Users can review advertising privacy choices from the app settings when the option is required.

Permissions

The app uses internet and network-state access for advertising and consent services. Photos and receipt files are selected through Android’s system file picker; the app does not request broad access to the entire photo library.

Data deletion

Users can delete individual rooms and items inside the app. All local Claimory data can also be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Manually exported PDF or ZIP files remain in the location selected by the user until the user deletes them.

Third-party services

Google AdMob and Google UMP are provided by Google and are governed by Google’s privacy terms and applicable advertising policies.

Children

Claimory is a general-audience household inventory utility and is not designed specifically for children.
